What are the delivery charges for orders from Maglia?
- Please note that the delivery charges are calculated based on package’s weight and the recipient’s destination from the shipper’s location.
- Kindly note should the order/parcel not been accepted or claimed by the customer/consignee or is undeliverable due to error or omission on the part of the customer/consignee or owner or for which no disposition instructions have been provided to Maglia (shipper) within the 90 days (upon receiving email notification from our end) of its arrival, the order/parcel shall be considered unclaimed/abandoned. Maglia has the right to and shall abandon the order/parcel and no substitute/refund/re-delivery request shall be entertained. Re-delivery request shall NOT be entertained.
Which payment methods are accepted at Maglia?
- We accept debit cards and major credit cards such as VISA and MASTERCARD. We also do accept FPX online banking payments from Malaysia only.
How long will delivery take?
- Upon closing of pre-orders, production lead time will take about 6 to 7 weeks. Items will be delivered immediately after 6 to 7 weeks.
How secure is shopping at Maglia? Is my data protected?
- Yes. Security has always been our first priority and will be handled on the highest level of attention. Immediate action will be taken upon any security implications to the overall system. We believe you should be able to access and control your personal information no matter where you live. Depending on how you use Maglia, you may have the right to request access to, correct, amend, delete, port to another service provider, restrict, or object to certain uses of your personal information (for example, direct marketing). We will not charge you more or provide you with a different level of service if you exercise any of these rights.
How do I know if Maglia has received my orders?
- An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once your order has been submitted. If you can’t find the email in your inbox, please check your ‘Spam/Junk’ folder or email us at email@example.com if you require further assistance.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
- You shall receive an invoice in the order confirmation email from us right after your payment has been processed.
- Otherwise, you may check your junk or spam folder. If you still do not receive any invoice via your order confirmation email, please send us an email related to your issue at firstname.lastname@example.org
